Thailand's medical herb market runs on paper. Yagantra puts it on one record.

Farms, labs, dispensaries, doctors, and patients in one traceable loop — from strain to sale. Reports that take days each month build themselves in seconds, and every gram is accounted for.

Built for dispensaries, farms, labs, and DTAM-licensed doctors

11,136
licensed dispensaries (DTAM, Feb 2026)
85%
of operators failed license renewal in 2025
4,587
licenses expire in 2026

The problem

The market is legal. Compliance is failing.

Since June 2025, medical herb flower is a controlled herb in Thailand: PT.33 prescriptions, monthly PT.27/PT.28/PT.29 filings, GACP and license paperwork. In 2025 only 1,339 of 8,636 operators — 15.5% — passed license renewal. Another 4,587 licenses expire in 2026, and since April 2026 dispensaries are being converted into regulated medical clinics with new digital recordkeeping requirements. Yet almost everyone still runs on paper and spreadsheets.

Dispensaries

Monthly PT.27/PT.28/PT.29 by hand, with no way to check a patient's network-wide limit. One missed deadline risks a fine — one failed renewal ends the business.

Farms

Three days a month compiling paper reports. Batches in Excel, transfers on paper, and no verifiable GACP chain to justify premium pricing or pass renewal.

Labs

Sample requests scattered across email and LINE, certificates matched to batches manually, and no audit trail beyond local files.

Doctors

Paper PT.33 prescriptions, no enforcement of the per-patient monthly limit, and journals submitted to DTAM by hand.

The solution

One platform for the whole chain. Compliance built into every operation.

Yagantra links every step — strain → seed → clone → flower → product → package → sale — into one immutable chain. Any retail sale traces back to its source strain; any harvest traces forward to every package sold. Reports generate from real operations instead of being reassembled by hand.

YAGANTRA
One record from strain to sale · Reports that build themselves · Patient limits enforced everywhere

Full batch genealogy

Every lot points to its parent. From a sold package back to the strain, from a harvest down to every retail unit — nothing breaks the chain.

Network-wide PT.33 limits

Every sale is checked in real time. A patient can't exceed the 30 g monthly limit by buying at two dispensaries.

Automated PT.27/PT.28/PT.29

Monthly forms build from your real sales and stock — reviewed in minutes, exported as PDF or Excel, ready for DTAM.

Immutable audit trail

Sales, batches, and prescriptions are append-only and hash-chained. Corrections add records instead of overwriting them. Inspector-ready by default.

QR-traceable packaging

Each package carries a unique QR linked to its batch, lab certificate, and harvest, with two-factor patient verification at the counter.

Licenses that never lapse quietly

GACP, FDA, and license renewals are tracked automatically, with alerts at 60, 30, and 7 days. Operations pause if a required document expires.

The platform

Twelve modules. One traceable loop.

Everything a licensed operation needs to run — not just to report. Each module writes into the same immutable record, so compliance is a by-product of daily work.

Onboarding & license registry

Verified registration for every actor type, a document registry with expiry alerts (60/30/7 days), moderation queue, role presets, and 2FA.

Production engine

Sites → zones → sub-zones with license-gated activities. Harvest record → weighing → grading → batch, each step signed and immutable.

Global strain catalog

One genetics registry shared by all producers, with Verified / Unverified status — the root of every batch's genealogy.

Lab testing

Producers request tests from accredited labs directly, tied to a batch. No valid certificate — no sale: untested batches are blocked.

B2B marketplace

Spot sales and forward contracts between verified participants across the whole chain, with automatic pricing and stock reservation.

Warehouse & inventory

Separate bulk and retail stock, automatic decrements in ACID transactions, aging and turnover, adjustments with four-eyes approval.

Retail operations

Bulk-to-retail repackaging with new QR codes, two-factor patient verification at the counter, returns and corrections — all on the audit trail.

Clinic & patient

Electronic PT.33 lifecycle, network-wide 30 g monthly limits enforced in real time, and a free read-only patient portal.

SOP engine

Versioned standard operating procedures with executable checklists and control-point readings — an evidence pack ready for GACP/GMP audits.

Staff management

Roles, shifts, task assignment, and certification gates. Every significant action is tied to a specific employee and an open shift.

Analytics

Yield, losses and material balance for farms; sales, turnover and shrinkage for dispensaries; turnaround for labs. No patient PII.

Reporting & anti-fraud

PT.27/PT.28/PT.29 and farm reports auto-generated as PDF + Excel, deadline alerts, plus diversion and fraud detectors on top of the audit trail.

Marketplace

A built-in B2B marketplace — not deals in chat apps

Today farm-to-dispensary trade happens in messengers, with no verification and no paper trail. Yagantra replaces it with a closed marketplace where every counterparty is licensed, every listing is lab-certified, and every delivery inherits the batch's full genealogy.

Verified counterparties only

Licenses and certificates are checked by the platform before anyone can list or buy.

Spot sales and contracts

Sell available stock today, or lock in pre-orders against a future production cycle.

Pack-to-order with QR

Bulk by weight or pre-packaged units, priced automatically, packed only after the order — every package gets its own QR.

Weight-checked delivery

Shipment and receipt weights are compared automatically (±2% tolerance). A mismatch raises a flag, not a dispute in chat.

Export-ready from day one

Australia's April 2026 import rules require traceability from farm to package. Yagantra generates that documentation automatically — GACP farms get an export track, and international buyers reach them directly.

Direct farm → dispensary trade, no middlemen — and a paper trail for every gram.

How it works

From harvest to patient on one continuous record

01

Farm registers a batch

A GACP-certified farm logs the harvest, weights, and grading. Each batch gets a unique ID and an immutable history.

02

Lab certifies

The farm requests testing directly. On upload, the certificate attaches to the batch automatically — untested batches can't be sold.

03

Listed on the marketplace

The farm publishes stock — spot or contract; a dispensary orders bulk or pre-packed, and the lot is reserved instantly.

04

Pack & ship

The farm packs to order with three-component weight verification. Each package gets a QR and a transfer record.

05

Receive at the dispensary

QR scan plus a weight check (±2% tolerance). Mismatches are flagged automatically.

06

Repack to retail (bulk only)

Bulk is repacked in-store into retail units with new QR codes, preserving the full parent chain.

07

Doctor issues PT.33

An electronic prescription valid up to 30 days, capped at 30 g/month, one active per patient.

08

Patient buys

QR and ID verification, a network-wide limit check, and the PT.33 balance updates automatically.

09

Compliance is filed

PT.27/PT.28/PT.29 are generated each month, and DTAM submission is tracked end to end.

Compliance focus

Built around Thailand's medical herb regulation

PT.33 lifecycle

Issue, renew, and revoke under the 2025 DTAM rules: up to 30 days, up to 30 g/month, no refills, one active per patient.

Monthly forms

PT.27 (stock movement), PT.28 (receipts), and PT.29 (dispensing) — generated from your real data.

Document compliance

FDA, GACP, cultivation and dispensary licenses, and DTAM certificates — tracked with renewal alerts.

PDPA

Patient IDs encrypted at rest, hashed cross-references, a consent flow, and audit-logged access.

DTAM submission

Manual submission tracked end to end, and ready for the DTAM API once it's available.

Immutable audit

Sales, prescriptions, and batches are never edited — only corrected. An append-only, hash-chained event log.
